The Studio

We design for the hours after the reservation and the years after the renovation. ORÉA COLLECTIVE shapes restaurants, residences, and private estates across New York — rooms composed in proportion, material, and light, built to outlast their photographs.

Practice

Three kinds of rooms. One discipline.

Residences

Full-floor apartments and family homes, planned in the order of light and lived in without instruction manuals.

Hospitality

Dining rooms, bars, and hotels where the architecture holds the evening at a murmur and the kitchen takes the applause.

Private Estates

Townhouses, mansions, and country houses — heritage fabric restored, then quietly persuaded into this century.

“A room succeeds when you stop noticing it — and cannot say why you feel so well inside it.”

Commissions

We take on a small number of projects each year — and give them everything.
